RENTAL APPLICATION CHECKLIST

One Application for each adult over the age of 18 years.  
Application fee payable via credit card or debit card = $29 each applicant.
Copy of Social Security or Driver’s License for each applicant emailed to BlueWorldPM@gmail.com
Proof of income such as pay stubs, bank statements, SSI, AFDC, Disability.  
Apt. # and apartment address listed on Application.  

PAYMENT OF RENT BY RESIDENTS

Paying Rent Online:

The easiest and most preferred way to pay your monthly rent is by an Automatic ACH withdrawal from your checking account.

ACH Electronic payment by checking, savings or credit card.
